Start with indulgent antipasti – from burrata with confit tomato to scallops gratinate. Continue the celebration with handmade truffle ravioli, saffron risotto, or seafood fregola. Then comes the festive centrepiece: classic Beef Wellington with Chianti jus, Sicilian baked cod, or roasted celeriac. To finish, classic Italian Christmas sweetness: limoncello and almond sponge, chestnut semifreddo, or a playful pandoro al tiramisu
